Dear West Manheim Family Members,

We are so excited to remind you about our upcoming WM PTO Kids Holiday Shopper Event happening this Friday, December 5th!

This is a special opportunity for our children to experience the joy of giving by selecting thoughtful gifts for their family members in a fun, safe, and supervised environment. Our dedicated PTO volunteers and additional staff will be on hand to help every child shop, wrap, and stay within their budget!

Event Details:

  • What: PTO Kids Holiday Shopper Event
  • When: This Friday, December 5th, from 5:00 pm – 8:30 pm
  • Where: The WM Art Room

Important Drop-Off Instructions:

To ensure a smooth and easy process for everyone, we ask that all parents utilize our designated car rider drop-off circle.

Volunteers will meet your child in the drop-off circle and escort them inside to begin their shopping. This helps us manage the flow and allows the kids to focus on their mission!

Please do not try to park and walk your child in, as the drop-off method is the safest and most efficient way to handle the traffic.

Thank you to our PTO and all our volunteers who are making this night possible! We can’t wait to see all the happy little shoppers this Friday!
