President – Jennifer Ritter
Hi! I’m Jenn Ritter, and I’ve been part of the West Manheim Elementary PTO for the past five years, serving four years as President and one year as Vice President!
I’m a proud mom of three! My oldest, Matoskah, is serving in the U.S. Army, my middle child, Jolon, is a senior in high school this year, and my youngest, Faye, is currently in 4th grade at West Manheim!
My favorite PTO event is hands down Coin Wars! I love the excitement, friendly competition, and organized chaos that comes with it!
Outside of PTO, I work full-time as a Program Manager at PayPal. Between work, family, and PTO, life is definitely busy (and a little chaotic!), but I wouldn’t trade it. I love being part of a school community that comes together to create amazing memories and experiences for our students!
Vice President – Erica Baugher
Hi, I’m Erica! This is my 5th year with the PTO—one as a member and four as Vice President. I’m a proud mom to Peyton (4th grade) and Parker (Kindergarten), and my favorite PTO event is definitely the school dance! Seeing the kids get all dressed up for a special night with their VIP brings me so much joy!
Outside of PTO, I’m a Senior Manager of Sales Operations in the tech industry, a Girl Scout leader, a cheer coach and an outdoor enthusiast! I’m a planner by nature, love a good spreadsheet, and somehow always have a few projects going at once. I really enjoy being involved at West Manheim and getting to help make school a little more fun for our kids!
Treasurer – Amanda Wilhelm

Hi, I’m Amanda! This is my second year serving as Treasurer for West Manheim PTO, but I’ve been involved with PTO for the past six years. My son, Dylan, is a fifth grader at West Manheim!
My favorite PTO events are a close tie between Bingo Night and the Shopper’s Room. I love seeing the joy on the children’s faces as they pick out the perfect gifts for their loved ones!
Outside of PTO, I’m also the Treasurer for Hanover Diamond Sports, supporting both our recreational and travel baseball programs, and I serve as a team mom. I’m very competitive and love anything that involves a little competition! In my free time, I enjoy playing coed softball, taking daily walks with friends, and, of course, playing bingo!
Secretary – Rosaire Bailey
Hey there! My name is Rosaire (pronounced Rose-Air), but you can call me Ro!
Most people mispronounce my name, so Ro is just easier!
This is my second year serving as the West Manheim Elementary School PTO Secretary, and I’m so excited for another year of making memories with our WMES families!
I’m a proud mom of three! My oldest, Chase, graduated from WMES and is now in 6th grade at EHMMS. My daughter, Claire, is currently in 4th grade here at West Manheim, and my youngest, Charles, is 3 years old!
If you ask me what my favorite PTO event is, I honestly couldn’t pick just one! It’s a tie between Trunk or Treat and the VIP Dance! I absolutely love seeing everyone dressed up and having a great time. As crazy as it sounds, I actually enjoy the stress and chaos that come with planning Trunk or Treat! There’s something so rewarding about watching every little detail come together. Each year, our event has grown bigger and better, and trust me, I already have BIG plans for next year!
Outside of the PTO, I work full-time at Northrop Grumman and part-time as a corrections nurse. As if that doesn’t keep me busy enough, I also volunteer as a basketball coach at the YMCA for Claire’s and Chase’s teams and coach soccer for Charles’ team. I’m extremely competitive (just ask my family!), but I also believe every child deserves the opportunity to play, learn, and, most importantly, HAVE FUN!
When I’m not working, coaching, or planning PTO events, my family loves traveling, exploring new places, and trying different foods. I also have a passion for cooking! One of the things I look forward to most is preparing meals for our amazing teachers and staff during Conference Night and Teacher Appreciation Week. It’s my little way of showing appreciation for everything they do for our kids.
This school year, I’m taking the lead on Family Game Night, Trunk or Treat, the Talent Show, and May Hay Day! I love being able to bring new ideas to life and create events that our students and families can look forward to year after year.
Being part of the PTO isn’t always easy, and there’s definitely a lot of behind-the-scenes work, but seeing the smiles on our kids’ faces makes every bit of it worth it!
I’m looking forward to another amazing year of fun, laughter, memories, and bringing our WMES community together!
If you see me at an event, please come say hi! I love meeting our WMES families!
